Yoga Therapy : You Can Be Pain Free

Join me for a lovely 2 and a half hour Yoga Therapy Workshop at Kindness Yoga on Saturday, August 27th at 2 - 4:30 PM! As we go through life, we all develop some unconscious compensational patterns. We compensate body, breath, and movement trying to achieve something that is not meeting where we are. Those compensation patterns eventually lead to pain. The workshop will help you look at how you move in your asana from a different point of view. You will notice your compensation patterns and work on techniques to reduce those patterns. When you meet your body exactly where it is, more strength, freedom, ease and joy follow. This workshop is for everyone who wants to breathe better, move better, and feel stronger in your yoga practice and life. You can be pain free!
